Welcome to Quotrum

Quotrum is a purpose-built CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool designed specifically for telecom presales teams. Whether you’re quoting fiber, copper, wireless, or managed services, Quotrum helps you create accurate quotes faster than ever before.

Why Quotrum?

Traditional quoting methods—spreadsheets, generic CPQ tools, or manual processes—weren’t built for the complexity of telecom services. Quotrum changes that with:

Quick Start Guide

Getting started with Quotrum takes just a few minutes:

1. Download and Install

Choose your platform from the Download page:

  • Windows: Download the .exe installer
  • macOS: Download the .dmg file
  • Linux: Download the .AppImage

Alternatively, request access to the web version for browser-based quoting.

2. Initial Setup

On first launch, you’ll be guided through:

  1. Account creation - Enter your email and create a password
  2. Company profile - Set your company name and contact information
  3. Catalog selection - Choose from our standard telecom catalog or import your own
  4. Branding (optional) - Upload your logo for branded proposals

3. Create Your First Quote

Ready to create your first quote? Here’s how:

  1. Click New Quote from the dashboard
  2. Select Quote Wizard for guided configuration
  3. Choose your service type (e.g., Dedicated Internet Access)
  4. Enter site details (address, bandwidth, term)
  5. Configure service options (SLA, backup, managed services)
  6. Review pricing and add any custom adjustments
  7. Export to PDF or Excel

That’s it! You’ve created your first quote in under 5 minutes.

Understanding the Interface

Quotrum’s interface is organized into five main areas:

Dashboard

Your home base shows:

  • Recent quotes
  • Quick actions
  • Team activity (Professional/Enterprise)
  • Pricing updates

Quote Wizard

The heart of Quotrum. A step-by-step guided workflow that walks you through every configuration decision with contextual help and validation.

Quote Library

Browse, search, and manage all your quotes. Filter by status, date, customer, or service type. Clone existing quotes to speed up similar deals.

Catalog Manager

View and manage your service catalog. Add custom services, update pricing, and configure validation rules. (Professional/Enterprise only)

Settings

Configure your account, team members, branding, integrations, and preferences.
