What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it to the waitlist. Our servers also see standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, and timestamp — used solely to prevent abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

To notify you when the product is available, and to send occasional product updates related to the waitlist you joined.

No cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers

We do not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising, run analytics scripts, or use any third-party tracking on this site. The site or its hosting provider may set strictly-necessary cookies required to deliver a feature you have actively requested (for example, anti-abuse cookies associated with a form submission), and we do not use those cookies for any other purpose. The request metadata above is not used for analytics or advertising. If any of this changes, we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above before the change goes live.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with sub-processors needed to operate the service: Resend (US-based) for email delivery, and our hosting and content-delivery provider. If this list changes, we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above before the change goes live.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the purpose above — whichever comes first.

Security

All traffic to and from this site uses HTTPS (TLS) encryption. We follow standard security practices for stored data and limit access to people who need it to operate the service. No service can guarantee perfect security; if you have a specific concern, please email us.

Your choices

Email hello@quotrum.com to access, correct, or delete your information. We will use reasonable efforts to verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days under U.S. state privacy laws, or one month under the GDPR where it applies). We may extend the timeframe where the request is complex or where a longer period is permitted by law, and we will tell you if we do. We honor universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Intended audience

This site is intended for users in the United States. It does not offer goods or services in the European Union, does not target individuals in the European Union, and is published in the English language using United States date and currency conventions. Where a visitor from outside the United States chooses to contact us, the rights described in "Your choices" above apply.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
